**Temporary**:
**Outbound Administrator available in NG11**

**08:00-16:00, Monday to Friday, 37.5 Hours a week**

**Job description**:

- Processing of sales orders, ensuring timely right first-time delivery, then ship and invoice complete orders in line with agreed timescales
- Assist planning manager with managing day-to-day courier partners to deliver on time and complete orders, providing a high level of customer service
- Providing a solid base for import and export transactions for container shipping globally via sea, air or road
- Responsible for the day-to-day Sales Return Order process to ensure stock accuracy and the timely return or exchange of goods
- Support the supply chain team with ad hoc / daily reporting and timebound administrative tasks

**Skills, knowledge and experience needed**:

- Previous experience in customer service, supply chain or administrative roles
- Ability to follow processes whilst identifying areas for continiuos improvement
- Good communicator
- Able to prioritise, plan and find solutions quickly and consistently
- Knowledge of various IT packages (Particularly having knowledge of speadsheets)
