**Responsibilities**:

- First point of contact - answering inbound and outbound calls and dealing with enquiries
- Checking all portals throughout the day, ensure jobs are not missed and keeping to SLAs
- Planning and scheduling works for engineers as well as daily emergency and reactive work
- Communicating effectively with the team, management and colleagues to aid smooth running of department
- Providing excellent customer service to both residents and clients
- Booking all repairs/ appointments before arranging appropriate resource
- Data input / raising works orders
- Dealing with operative’s enquiries
- Liaising with engineers ensuring that they have all relevant information and materials to carry out repairs
- Following GDPR Guidelines and protecting personal data

Person specification:

- Able to work on their own and as part of a team
- Excellent IT skills on Microsoft office knowledge
- Highly organised
- Previous admin experience

**Job Type**: Temp to perm

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
