Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading Facilities Management Company in their search for an **Administrator** to be based at their office in **Nottingham**
**For the successful Administrator our client is offering**:
- Up to £21,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
- 23 Days holiday + BH
- Company Pension
- Company performance related bonus
- Permanent Position
**The role - Administrator**:
- You will join a team responsible for (but not limited to) the day to day service delivery for our key account clients
- Working as an administrator in the engineering department
- Managing and planning engineer diaries for breakdown & planned maintenance work
- Scheduling engineer call out and maintenance jobs
- Customer service & account management for clients
- Ad-hoc administration work inclusive of the raising and sending out contracts, quotes, purchase orders, invoices etc,
- Using the in-house CRM systems - SAP
**What our client is looking for in an Administrator**:
- Previous experience in a similar administration/ contract support
- Previous experience within an engineering/ building services/ facilities management sector company **ESSENTIAL**:
- Previous experience with scheduling and planning for mobile staff **ESSENTIAL**:
- Excellent ICT skills and communication
- Previous experience with customer service/account management
- Previous experience working with SAP **BENEFICIAL**
