2fawcett are recruiting for a great opportunity for an **Administrator **for a dynamic and established business due to growth.
**Responsibilities for the After Sales & Recruitment Administrator**
- Provide excellent customer care to customers
- Upsell products when speaking to existing customers
- Keep in touch with customers that haven't been spoken to in a while
- Helping with the administration of incoming sales enquiries, recording those on the company CRM and liaising with the correct sales representative, monitoring of sales enquiries via facebook
- General Administration duties: This includes answering incoming calls in a timely, effective and friendly manner, managing expenses, and welcoming visitors to the business.
