**Cherry Professional are currently recruting for a forward thinking and innovative telecommunications company in East Nottingham. The role of **Customer Service Administrator** is to provide sound and knowledgeable advice and support to their loyal and ever-growing **customer** base as well as fulfil customer orders in a organised and timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:
Process mobile connections directly
To process Credit checks
To thoroughly check proofs of address, ID and business in line with the networks compliance guidelines.
Manage mailboxes/ticket workflow
Make outbound, take inbound calls
Work as part of a team, assist colleagues to the best of ability
To work with our couriers to ensure deliveries are made correctly.
To escalate any system issues efficiently
Ideal Person
Previous experience in a similar **Customer** focused role (6 months min)
Excellent telephone manner
Strong IT skills
Good team player
Ability to adapt with a flexible approach to working
