**Responsibilities**:

- Complete inbound and outbound calls to customers
- Work with external stakeholders to ensure monthly paperwork is compliantly submitted
- Send terms and conditions out to customers & talk them through their offer
- Type a variety of documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,319.00-£24,750.00 per year
