An Office Administrator is required for a property company, based in Nottingham. A salary of up to £20,000 is offered, depending on experience.

You will complete the following duties
- Answering incoming calls and diverting to the correct department
- Dealing with and resolving customer queries
- Processing post
- Sending out Job Sheets/Purchase Orders
- Ordering stationary
- Processing card payments
- Providing administration support to property managers
- Filing
- Other general office duties.

**Skills Required**:
The Office Administrator will ideally have the following experience:

- Excellent organizational skills
- Great administrator skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, Word and Excel
