With a focus on customer experience in our telephony team, you will have an opportunity to support and understand our customer’s journey and develop the skills and knowledge to contribute to our goal of providing a premium customer service.

You will have our support to successfully complete the Customer Services Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship and develop insurance industry knowledge to further your career.

In the Customer Service Insurance Agent role, we will support you to:

- Deliver a great customer experience by dealing with our customer’s needs in one call through effective listening and communication skills
- Achieve high standards of customer satisfaction when amending insurance policies and dealing with a variety of customer queries
- Continuously develop knowledge and understanding of our insurance products (motor, home, commercial and taxi) as well as our technical systems that provide our quotes, policies, claims and finance information
- Liaise and collaborate across departments to ensure timely responses for customers
- Take ownership of customer queries and proactively provide solutions
- Demonstrate compliance in FCA regulated activities
- Behave and conduct ones-self in line with the business expectations and company values.

For the right person, following completion of your apprenticeship, there may be opportunity to secure a full-time role which will include a salary increase to between £21,000 - £24,500 OTE.

Upon successful permanent placement you may be eligible to seek further learning opportunities funded by the Apprenticeship Levy.
