**Responsibilities**:
1. Leading the strategic celebrities & influencer marketing activation plans
- Integrated Marketing;
- Brand crisis / EIM related crisis management & planning;
2. Entertainment Marketing
- Drive effective short and long-term communication plans for partners (celeb & artists) with the aim to maximize brand and product exposure;
- Develop activation plans for scheduled events, seasonal campaigns and reactive opportunities (including product and career milestones, key fixtures, cultural events...);
- Celebrity product collaboration project ;
- Ambassador & celebrity strategy / negotiation / management & communication / seeding;
- Reality show / program sponsorship planning;
3. Influencer Marketing
- Identify and secure collaboration opportunities with content creators across all social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitch, YouTube, only fans);
- Editorial and content planning: Craft and communicate authentic and compelling stories that ensures engagement across social platforms and in key media;
- Celebrities / media / vape & fashion forwarded influencers in-depth cooperation, content development, long-term seeding strategy/management ;
- Vet and use social tools and technologies with a solid understanding of the paid social as well as talent social analytics;
- Supervise entertainment social media channels, digital media etc for opportunities relevant to the brand.
**Job Requirements**:
- 5+ years’ experience in the entertainment marketing space, with a history of negotiating talent and influencer deals on behalf of brands or agency;
- Experience in the FMCG, spirits, tobacco business and is familiar with relevant rules & regulations for tobacco industry will be a plus;
- Established and growing network of relationships with talent agents, managers, publicists and/or music labels;
- A deep passion for pop culture and entertainment marketing - always know what and who is trending;
- The ability to efficiently collaborate with multidisciplinary teams;
- Proven experience with Influencer Marketing and up to date on trends, best practices and innovations;
- Demonstrated understanding of digital culture, is a versatile writer, clear communicator, and engaging presenter;
- Enjoys working as part of a team with international team and in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
