**Role Overview**:
The Gaming Propositions team hold the keys to the most exciting parts of the customer experience. Responsible for designing the full calendar of promotions and campaigns around the top level game releases as well as key sporting events and seasonal moments.

Reporting to the Gaming Propositions Manager, the Casino Propositions Executive will be responsible for the planning, execution and analysis of the Propositions promotional activity. A creative approach and passion for experimentation will be required, alongside an organised approach with the ability to be across multiple projects and workstreams.

**This is a 12-month contract.**

**Open to Leeds/Dublin and London for location.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contributing to monthly and yearly Proposition promotion plans.
- Building and improving understanding of customer insight and performance drivers, and using this knowledge to inform plans
- Demonstrating knowledge of industry and competitor activity by sharing information in monthly All Hands forum and using findings to inform proposition plans.
- Building collaborative relationships across Commercial, Planning, Ops and Brand to effectively get information and support on delivery of Proposition plans.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with external Games Suppliers, communicating Proposition activity and getting information and support on delivery of Proposition plans.
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with the Brand and Commercial Executives across all Gaming to ensure alignment and optimisation of promotion plans
- Building on knowledge of all gaming products and promotional functionality to develop ideation of monthly and yearly promotions
- Support delivery of major projects on the Propositions roadmap
- Deliver campaigns from the monthly proposition promotion plans from end to end including ideation, planning, brand briefing, asset creation, testing and reporting across all gaming products

**Capabilities, qualifications & experience required**:

- Experience in planning and driving promotional activity and campaigns calendar.
- Ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and delivery of plans.
- A great collaborator.
- Creatively minded with a flair for creative language and puns.
- Gaming Marketing experience desired but not essential.
