About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Director to lead our casino operations team. This is a key position that will be at the forefront of driving product strategy and execution.

Job Description

This role involves championing new products and ideas within the organization, considering competitive factors, market demand, risk management, program economics, strategic fit, and operational complexity. The successful candidate will communicate product vision, strategic plans, and roadmaps to executive leadership and define product positioning and value proposition messaging to regional commercialization teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a detailed product roadmap, ensuring product deadlines are consistently and reliably met.
  • Work closely with customers, regulatory agencies, and sales and marketing organizations to ensure market requirements and customer needs are built into future product releases.
  • Grow market share of assigned product lines in casino operations.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in product management, strategy development, and writing business cases. They should be able to comprehend technical challenges, understand limitations and impact to the customer, and manage risk in reviewing technology options.
