Casino Product Director

We are seeking a skilled Casino Product Lead to join our team at Betway Group. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver a best-in-class casino product to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work with the product owner, stakeholders, and the Casino product team to develop a data-driven approach to planning and iterating on the product.
  2. Research and analyze the market, understand competitors, and listen to users to inform the product roadmap.
  3. Define and build business cases to grow Casino KPIs using data and business needs.
  4. Share casino insights and trends on customer behavior with key stakeholders and the Casino team.
  5. Own and prioritize the Casino product development backlog at a high level, taking into account commercial, customer, technical, and business requirements.
  6. Identify and brief product analytics gaps to the Data and Analytics team.
  7. Use the product on a daily basis like a customer would, reporting bugs and triaging.
  8. Identify casino product and platform capability usage gaps and produce action plans.
  9. Manage and communicate with stakeholders about the Casino product and its delivery lifecycle.
  10. Provide an active role in the successful release of product features in line with the roadmap and timelines.
  11. Run tests, obtain results, and perform detailed analysis on product improvements.
  12. Document product capabilities and features on Confluence.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in building customer-facing products in a similar Casino Product role.
  • Commercial and business acumen.
  • Experience leading and conducting experiments using a test and learn methodology.
  • Passion for great products and their experiences.
  • A good understanding of the casino market, including gaming mechanics, game providers, and game trends.
