Our client is a fast-growing company working across the UK in the criminal and family courts based in Oldbury, have now opened a brand-new position Customer Support Team Leader. This position has been created to provide full support to the team, monitor daily activities and provide guidance, revise workflow to improve staff efficiency.
It's an opportunity only for someone who's solution focussed, mentally strong, supportive, well organised and shares the same values as the company.

**Customer Support Team Leader's duties will be**:

- Act on own initiative and carry out duties without supervision.- Analyse department issues or concerns and provide appropriate suggestions for improvement or corrective actions.- Review and revise workflow to improve operational efficiency- Communicate effectively with team members and support them-
- Monitor daily activities of department staff and provide guidance where needed.- Feed back to the Operations Manager through regular formal and informal reporting.- General office duties**Customer Support Team Leader should have**:
