**Duties**
- Leading & Supervising our team of carers
- Assessing new Service Users inline with our policies and procedures
- Writing and reviewing co-produced care plans
- Working closely and developing relationships with other professionals such as DNs, GPs, CPNs and social workers
- Attending MDT meetings when required
- Observing care staff in the field carrying out medication observations, spot checks and after care spot checks inline with the company quality policies
- Assisting with investigations as required
- Holding 4 weekly 121s with care team members
- Mentoring new members of the team
- Taking part in the on-call rota
- Covering care calls in emergency situations (this may include weekends)
- helping the Buisness grow by working as a part of the team
- any other tasks as set by the RM
