You will be the product & proposition lead for one of the new venture verticals responsible for the defining product vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will develop propositions, define product vision and roadmap, based on a deep understanding of the customer needs, industry landscape and regulatory environment
- You will have a "CEO mindset" across all facets of the product, organizing and collaborating with functional teams required for product success
- You will have the right **commercial acumen **and ability to identify and mange risks
- You will engage with potential partners to understand data requirements to tailor compelling customer experiences
- You will define the product requirements, based on customer research, analysis, and rigorous discipline to deliver the overall product vision
- You will motivate product and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery
- You will be hands on, detail orientated, and outcome-focused, as well as a strong team player

Key Skills:

- Product and strategy experience
- Strong understanding of the Commerce (e-commerce or physical retail sectors such as travel, health & beauty) and knowledge of the levers to drive engagement and revenue in Commerce
- Proven track record of developing digital solutions in an agile, fast-paced software development environment
- Demonstrate ability to deliver products for companies operating in a regulated environment
