Administration Assistant- Blood Sciences

Pathology is part of the Cancer and Diagnostics division in ESNEFT.
Our service is clinically led and designed to achieve the benefits of scale that can be achieved by two hospitals working together, while remaining close enough to our customers to meet their needs and support the excellent clinical care provided by our hospitals.
You will beresponsible for providing an efficient, effective, comprehensive administrative and secretarial service to the Blood Sciences local Management Team. You will undertake administrative and secretarial duties across the Blood Sciences Management Team and be responsible for typing of correspondence, reports, minute taking of meetings including Board level when required.
Provide administrative and secretarial support through using own initiative, ensuring that all activities are appropriately prioritised and action workload in a timely manner.
Deal with and or refer enquiries as appropriate to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office.
Use initiative and exercise judgement when dealing with a range of enquiries from patients, clients and colleagues; analyse and resolve the problems with appropriate members of the team when necessary.
Produce a range of documents and undertake the word processing of letters, documents and formal correspondence plus administration and filing/photocopying and keep records.
