- **Role Overview**:_

Reporting to the DOM, the Marketing Associate will play a key part in supporting the marketing team on a variety of projects including; trade shows and regional events, building insight driven product management and sales support tools, and ensure the wider Prinova team delivers against the marketing objectives to drive leads, brand awareness and grow Prinova’s credibility in the market place.
- **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES**_

Key responsibilities will include and not be limited to:

- Receive customer and internal stakeholder feedback and generate ideas to help increase customer engagement/sales pipeline
- Help to set, monitor and report on marketing team goals
- Customer and direct-to-brand presentation marketing (PowerPoint)
- Manage project plans for all trade shows by working with the DOM identifying, assembling, and organising requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments and helping the DOM to manage 3rd party relationships.
- Handle general event administrative responsibilities such as shipping, printing, maintaining files, agendas etc.
- Working with 3PLs and internal stakeholders, maintain records of Prinova’s press coverage and generate a monthly marketing activity report.
- Pulling together all of the marketing team reviews/reports/activities and creating a quarterly report to distribute to the wider business.
- Provide support to members of the marketing and commercial teams as needed.
- Maintaining and helping to develop all marketing collateral and internal educational support tools as needed. Including PPTs, infographics, sell sheets etc.
- Managing trend sight and Prinova capability demonstrations. Including but not limited to working with the technical and product development teams on finished products and finished product concepts.
