**The team**

Workplace Technology is a pivotal department within ITV, they provide us with all the tools to do our jobs efficiently and successfully. The department is forever innovating to ensure that ITV employees have the best systems and tools available. We are seeking a Collaboration Engineer to join this innovative team.

**The role**
- Help to develop and define the technical design, implementation and operational support of collaboration and communication technologies.
- Help motivate the Collaboration Team in successful delivery of the departmental project and operational objectives including:

- Service improvement, roadmap, and strategic objectives
- Google Workspace mail and data migrations
- User Education and support materials for collaboration tools
- Process automation opportunities
- Liaise with Business Stakeholders and Service Manager to ensure successful execution of project and operation objectives
- Interact between technology and the business and translating technical requirements into clear language.
- Prepare relevant business change artefacts such as impact assessments to facilitate obtaining approvals for change
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and act as liaison with Support Teams.
- Ensure controlled technical implementation of collaboration tools, roadmap features and functional enhancements

**Skills you’ll need **(minimum criteria)
- Extensive experience of Google Workspace Enterprise product Suite is essential
- Experience of working within a project team, contributing to successful delivery
- Understanding of Change Management and approval processes.
- Experience of working in Agile delivery environments
- Experience of working closely with both technical experts and business stakeholders, and of being the conduit between these disciplines

- Must be comfortable with presenting complex and technical information simply, and in appropriate formats, to facilitate decision making
- Excellent organisational, analytical and influencing skills
- Ability to self manage and plan activities to ensure deadlines are met and issues are highlighted early
- Ability to build strong working relationships with team members and senior stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with a high attention to detail
- Media industry experience preferred but not essential
- Able to accurately assess priorities and pressures and manage workload accordingly.
- Must be a structured thinker who can solve problems by adopting a methodical approach.
