**What You'll Do**

You'll be a self-motivated, proactive, and a reliable team member who supports the deployment of virtual operation services across our parking portfolio. While mobilizing your self-drive and confidence, you'll orchestrate and optimize our customer support practices while deducing methods to solve parking challenges for consumers. From revenue and access control systems to basic IT support, you'll maintain quality standards and control for our customer-facing REEF Technology brand. **What Would Be Your Key Responsibilities**
- Customer Experience Management - Understand the customer's problem and provide a solution to manage the customer experience.
- Client Relationship Management - Manage the client's relationship and communication on operational issues and update.
- Product And Technical Escalation - Understand the issue and escalate to the right team for a solution via the technical ticket management tools.
- Foster customer operational success by rapidly communicating with customer service teams and deploying analytical abilities to troubleshoot parking operations.
- Demonstrate your solid acumen of IT systems to monitor ongoing operations to ensure safety, security, compliance, and adherence while leveraging feedback and attention to detail; deliver well-known virtual operations services.
- Visits sites across the UK and troubleshoots various field network devices including Parking kiosks, barriers, CCTV, ANPR, VoIP intercoms.
- Installing, servicing, and maintaining cutting edge parking, access, and revenue control systems
- Work with electrical contractor's onsite or remote to fix power issues / cable faults.
- Q & A and testing of new / refurbished equipment.
- Write supporting manuals for new equipment and maintaining existing equipment manuals.

**What We Want From You**
- Technical Degree (Computer Science or similar IT degree a plus) or equivalent experience
- Experience in Installing ANPR and CCTV cameras, Inductive vehicle loops, boom gate systems or parking control equipment.
- Low voltage system experience (CCTV, security, fire etc..) is preferred.
- Diagnose & troubleshoot network and electrical issues / faults.
- Computer hardware knowledge a must.
- Confident multi-tasking and handling varied duties.
- Ability to remotely support devices/sites daily (Company laptop will be provided).
- A natural problem-solving mentality & highly self-disciplined
- Takes responsibility and initiative for actions with the ability to work independently without supervision or guidance.
- Solid understanding of how IT systems work and being quick to operate them.
- Knowledge and experience in network management and CISCO CCNA certificate is a plus.
