Nursing Associate Role

Orri UK is seeking a skilled Nursing Associate to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in supporting the recovery of individuals with eating disorders.
This dynamic role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and administrative skills. You will work closely with our nursing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to our clients.
Main Responsibilities- Assist the nursing team in the day-to-day running of the service, including time management and diary coordination.
- Provide administrative support in meetings and discussions within the nursing team.
- Empower clients to better understand their relationships with their body as they move through the recovery process.
- Support clients in moving towards health as they navigate recovery.
- Work under the direction of and in association with the Nursing team and Clinical Director.
- Contribute to the multidisciplinary team to ensure Orri provides a safe, effective, and caring service that is responsive to people's needs.
- Experience in time management, diary coordination, and strong administrative skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and body language skills.
- Good communication and compassion.
- Ability to hold boundary.
- Monday to Friday work pattern.
- 33 days annual leave including bank holidays and the service closure over Christmas (pro rata).
