**Position Overview**: We are excited to welcome an Operations Associate to our versatile Operations Team, where you will play a vital role in finance, process, HR functions, and our ISO 27001 accreditation. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute across multiple domains, helping to build the operations and compliance function as the business grows. The role a hybrid role based out of our London office in Oval, there will be an expectation that you will be able to easily travel to the office when required for face-to-face collaboration (1-2 days/week).
The Operations Associate will report to the Operations Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Finance**:
- Collaborate on financial data management, encompassing meticulous reconciliation and insightful reporting.
- Assist in preparing financial documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Manage inbound inquiries from clients and suppliers.
**Process**:
- Be an integral part of process refinement initiatives to enhance operational workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and implement changes.
- Maintain an up-to-date repository of process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
**HR**:
- Contribute to seamless HR functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee record management.
- Assist in maintaining HR databases and systems to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support employee training and development programs, fostering a growth-oriented work environment.
**ISO 27001 Accreditation**:
- Play a pivotal role in ISO 27001 accreditation by actively participating in compliance efforts.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure that information security practices align with ISO 27001 standards.
- Assist in documentation and implementation of information security controls.
**Qualifications**:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1-3 years in operational, financial, HR, or compliance roles.
- Remarkable attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for financial data analysis.
- Experience with accounting software such as XERO and procurement systems such as SAP desirable.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and problem-solving.
