Now we are looking for the Operations Associate who will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the daily operations of our business. This individual plays a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, timely communication with global partners, and the creation of presentations and other materials necessary for business meetings and proposals.

**About the Role**

**Salary: £25k-£28k**

**Location: UK London**

As a Operations Associate, you will
- Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Organise and maintain operational documentation, ensuring all files and records are up-to-date.
- Liaise with international partners, especially in Japan, to facilitate communication and address any queries or concerns.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and video conferences across different time zones.
- Produce high-quality presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research, collect data, and incorporate feedback from multiple teams to create comprehensive presentation materials.
- Proofread and edit presentations to ensure clarity, coherence, and professionalism.
- Schedule, organise, and ensure all logístical arrangements for meetings and events.
- Provide real-time support during meetings, including note-taking and addressing any technical issues.
- Analyse data and feedback from various departments to propose operational improvements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and insights to enhance company operations and strategies.
- Perform other relevant duties as required or assigned by the Operations Manager or senior management.

**About You**

**We expect you to**:

- Bachelor’s degree in law business, Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with a focus on cross-cultural communication.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
