**Operations Admin Executive**

**Working days/ hours**: 3 - 4 days per week. Days and times to be flexible - with fixed Tuesday and Fridays each week.

**Location**: Hybrid remote working with 1 day a week in Central London (Tuesday).

**Rate of pay**: £11.00 per hour

**Role** **Summary**:
We are looking for someone to help **support our fast-growing company in our operations department** which is responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of the company. You would be working directly for the Operations Manager.

This is a varied role working on daily operational administrative tasks including, but not limited to processing BAC’s payments and invoicing, experience of bookkeeping or payment processing is essential. As well as supporting the Operations Manager, you would also provide support to the Qualitative Project Management team which includes daily tasks such as but not limited to conducting quality control checks, and ad-hoc tasks as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsibility for processing and paying BACS payments once approved by OM
- Dealing with all incentive queries from respondents on projects
- Undertaking the draft design of client invoices for each project
- Organising and distributing of our validation checking to external suppliers
- Helping maintain database management for key suppliers
- Liaising with our project managers on key administration task when completed or issues arise
- Supporting our Operations Manager with ISO20071 admin, e.g. supplier contracts
- General admin support for our project managers on key tasks like hostessing remote groups, screener design and recruitment on projects
- Support and help introduce new processes and procedures into the administration department

**Skills Required**:

- Finance or bookkeeping experience 1+ years
- Have worked in an office environment for a min of 2+ years
- Exceptional typing and administrative skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.

**About you**:

- Experience in similar admin role, with financial admin experience.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to take initiative and is self-motivated.
- Organised and efficient, with a high attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
