**Introduction**:
Established six years ago, Jilla Active is a London based women’s activewear brand that embodies versatile and timeless pieces for yoga and beyond. Using seamless technology and sustainable materials, Jilla Active’s clothing is known for its comfort, soft fabrics and feminine colour palette.
We are looking for a E-commerce Admin Executive to join our small friendly team based near Canary Wharf in East London. You will be responsible for the day to day website maintenance of the brand as it embarks on its next stage of growth in a holistic and sustainable way. We are looking for someone to help get involved in all areas across the business including ad hoc tasks from the marketing manager and designer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the website on a day to day basis including uploading products, managing discounts, and merchandising the site
- Online merchandising
- Create on brand product descriptions and specifics
- Good understanding of Shopify platform
- Upload and test all seasonal content
- Plan and execute all launch strategies and SALE periods in line with brand marketing calendar
- Creating monthly sales and product reports
- Communicating with wholesale and drop ship customers
- Assisting Marketing Manager with social content delivery across brand platforms (Instagram, Facebook) scheduling posts & stories across all accounts.
- Community management across our Instagram channel engaging with customer comments and messages
- Understanding of various social channel metrics, data and analysis and reporting
- Develop and manage internal Marketing calendar in line with key promotional ecommerce activations
- Experience building content plans and using scheduling systems

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
