**E-Commerce and Marketing Executive**

**About us**:
Lucky Voice Online has existed alongside our private karaoke bars since 2005. We have a fantastic range of Karaoke Machines & Mics currently retailing in the likes of Selfridges and Hamleys of London. The bulk of our sales, however, come from our online offerings (Shopify & Amazon). We also have a subscription service providing customers with access to over 11,000 karaoke tracks via our website and app. We’re steadily growing this side of the business alongside our private karaoke bars, with an aim to spread the love of singing to everyone

We’re currently looking for an E-Commerce and Marketing Executive to support the Lucky Voice Online karaoke business and continue to help this grow via a range of digital marketing efforts. We’re looking for someone who has a bit of experience in e-commerce, plus a keen passion for marketing.

**Ideally an **E-Commerce and Marketing Executive **would have**:

- At least 2 years experience in e-commerce and marketing
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify and Amazon
- Creative mindset with an ability to produce compelling content
- Excellent written skills and ability to pay attention to detail
- Well organised and able to prioritise effectively from a live task list
- Ability to work speedily in a fast paced environment
- You’ll have a strong signature karaoke tune

**What an **E-Commerce and Marketing Executive **will be doing**:
- Help manage day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms on Shopify and Amazon
- Support B2B manager with day-to-day management of Lucky Voice licensees
- Liaise with our high street retailers to ensure orders are placed and delivered on time
- Support the marketing team with content creation for our online store (Shopify) and promotional materials.
- Compile and manage weekly and monthly sales reports from E-commerce platforms, and communicate to the wider teams
