**ABOUT THIS POSITION**:
As an E-Commerce Strategist, you will play an important role in developing and executing strategies and improving the overall customer experience. You will be responsible for identifying customer trends, problems & opportunities to develop new media buying strategies and growth opportunities. Working cross-functionally with different departments to ensure that projects and goals are met.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Build, plan, and implement the overall digital marketing strategy with your team.
- Work with the Marketing team to achieve our client's goals, KPIs and ROI.
- Prepare and manage digital marketing budgets.
- Process management and improvement/collect data and maintain insights.
- Identify customer trends, problems, and opportunities to develop new media buying strategies and growth opportunities.
- Identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Managed the equivalent of $1,000,000 combined in Facebook and Google Ads
- Knowledgeable in Shopify
- Understanding of Upsells, Downsells, and Cross-selling
- Understand how to read Heatmap tools (Hotjar)
