We're Hiring - Marketing & E-Commerce Executive

Are you passionate about marketing and e-commerce? Do you have a flair for driving online sales and engaging customers? We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing & E-Commerce Executive to join our dynamic team.

This is a hybrid role with some working from home and some on-site working, including occasional travel to multiple sites around the business.

Responsibilities will include:

· Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive online traffic.

· Manage and optimise our e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth customer experience and maximising conversion rates.

· Create and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing and SEO.

· Analyse data and generate reports on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Hours: 8.30am-5pm Mon-Fri

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

· Prior experience in marketing or ecommerce is preferred but not mandatory, Internships or relevant coursework/projects will be considered.

· Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, channels, and best practices.

· Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing software).

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.

· Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing, or a willingness to learn.

· Detail-oriented with a creative mindset to contribute to marketing campaign ideas and content creation.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
