**The positions**
- **The responsibilities**:_
- _Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form._
- _Greeting visitors at reception._
- _Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms._
- _Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings and deductions._
- _Managing electronic timekeeping systems or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets._
- _Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll-related matters_
- _Will have experience in a previous role or have transferable skills_
- _Will have excellent organisational skills_
- _Will be a natural team player_
- _Will have experience using ICT such as MS Office, Sims, Quickbooks_
- _Will have experience working in educational setting_

We are looking for people who will want to fill in a gap in their careers and to bolster their CVs to then go ahead and secure more permanent placements in the future.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 weeks
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £10.18-£13.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Truro: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
