We are excited to announce a new vacancy for an office administrator at a modern and innovative financial services company.

We are looking for an organised, reliable, and detail-oriented individual who is ready to join the team and contribute to their success.

As an office administrator, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including managing schedules, organising meetings and events, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with various administrative tasks. You will work closely with the team to ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

To be considered for this position, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, but not required.
