We are currently seeking an Office Junior to join our team at our Accident Repair Centre in Aberdeen.

**Main Duties**
- Dealing with inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Filing and maintaining a tidy office, and other general duties.
- Ensure a high level of Customer Service is provided
- Collecting customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained
- Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner

**Key Skills**
- IT literate and confident in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to use own initiative
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks
- Good Attention to Detail
