We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Junior to join our dynamic team.

The role of the Office Junior will be a dual role based within both our busy Property Department and providing administrative support to our Legal Department.

You will be working alongside established teams and learn a variety of tasks and duties.

Each day is different and brings a new challenge; therefore you will be expected to manage a wide variety of office type duties with little supervision. Training will be provided.

**Duties will encompass a variety of duties including but not limited to**:

- Reception/switchboard duties.
- Greeting Clients in a friendly manner and assisting with general enquiries.
- Photocopying.
- Assisting with booking viewing appointments.
- Typing property schedules and sending information to clients.
- Administrative support to the Executry Department
- Adhoc duties
- Must be computer literate.
- A fast and accurate typing speed.
- Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
- A good telephone manner is essential.
- Confident and approachable when meeting and greeting visitors.
- Ability to cope under pressure.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team, with a willing attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Well organised individual with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Must have at least a years experience working in an office environment.

**We are looking for someone who is available to start immediately.**

**This role is Monday - Friday, full time and salary will be based on the current National Living Wage as per government legislation.**
