Head Office is in Birmingham City Centre, you may be required to travel for business needs, but this will be ad-hoc.

**What will the job involve?**
You will be the dedicated point of contact for a number of contracts; providing responses to queries raised and undertaking promotional activities to increase awareness of HealthHarmonie. The Stakeholder Relationship Partner role is perfect for somebody that wants to be part of a fun, dynamic team with drive to hit targets and progress in a fast-paced environment.
**Main duties and responsibilities**:
- **Communication **- To be able to use a range of communication skills to produce and present consistent marketing material to a number of audiences. It is imperative that you have an excellent telephone manner for this role, using outstanding rapport building skills to get through to key decision-makers across your contract portfolio and being able to present this evidence back to the Head of Business Development.
- **Relationship Building **- as an engagement coordinator you will have the drive and aptitude to build long lasting relationships with a variety of stakeholders over the phone and face to face. This will be measured by the success of your contract’s performance.
- **Contract Evaluation **- At the end of each month a review of your contract portfolio will be undertaken to review for areas of achievement and identification or areas requiring further improvement. In addition to this you will include service improvements into your contract growth strategy by discussing areas of priority and workload management.
**Skills and competencies**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work to deadlines and consistently meet targets
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
**Qualifications**:
Experience is not essential for this role, if you have the skills listed below, we will provide you with the experience needed to put you in the driving seat of your career.
- Excellent computer literacy skills and fully proficient in all Microsoft packages
- Exemplary organisation and time management skills, being able to manage your own time effectively is key for this role.
**Communications and working relationships**:
Accountable to: Head of Business Development
Communicates with: Referrers (including GPs, Practice Manager and Referral Secretaries) Directors, Managers, front line staff teams & Commissioners.

- **Collaboration: Ability to work with all levels of the audience including Senior Stakeholders.**:
