Salary
$100,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies that drive business growth and enhance client relationships. This will involve working closely with distribution teams to scope and create insurance solutions tailored to client needs, managing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and analyzing data to inform business decisions and drive growth. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to collaborate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum five years' experience in CRM and commercial insurance, preferably in a leadership or management role.* Strong understanding of insurance products and risk management principles.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
