Customer Service Administrator

Our client, Legal & General, is currently looking for a **Customer Service Advisor **to support our Workplace Operations team with administrative duties.
In this office based role role, you will supporting the team with **printing**, **collecting and sorting incoming mail**, and other **administrative duties** to ensure the team are able to provide a great service to our customers.
**What we can offer**
- Competitive pay of **£14 per hour**, inclusive of holidays and with **weekly pay**.
- Customer Service experience is essential (admin/office based experience is preferred) and **full and comprehensive training **is provided.
- **Sociable working hours** - core working hours are **Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00, **no late evenings or weekends This is a **full-time role (35 hours per week).**
- The role is an **office based **role based at the **L&G office in Cardiff city centre.**
- The start date for this role will be in **late February/early March.**
- Upon successful completion of the full contract, workers will receive a **lucrative** **retention bonus of 10% of all hours worked.**
**Salary**: £14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
