Office Administrator

We are looking to employ a junior sales administrator for day-to-day office tasks. An ideal applicant will have pre-existing good telephone skills and a decent understanding of computer use at the office level. An outgoing nature, a trainable mind, and an ability to work quickly and respond to changing information rapidly are key personality traits for an optimal fit for the position.
On a day-to-day level, this role involves reading and responding to customer specifications, and communicating this back to our Oldham factory to make sure we produce the right goods for them. You will be the main line linking our customers to our production staff, and as a pure business-to-business sales position, you will be able to develop relationships with the small number of individuals we deal with at any given time. To begin with, this will be in a supervised way, though in the fullness of time this role has autonomy to allow you to use your creativity and intelligence to get the job done.
