This is a newly created role focused on driving activity, outcomes, and sales results of the SDR function through motivational leadership, structured processes, and coaching and development of the SDR team.

**What you’ll be doing as Head of Sales Development**:
- Ensure sales accepted opportunities are sourced in accordance with company targets, and that our sales organization has enough opportunities to work with to be fully productive.
- Ensure we efficiently and effectively qualify inbound demand as well as develop outbound strategies per region while leveraging digital and field marketing resources for particular campaigns
- Plan, forecast, and understand the ramp-adjusted capacity to ensure the team is grown effectively, in tandem with the needs of our sales organization and the supply of inbound demand from marketing.
- Manage SDR for tracking ramp-adjusted capacity and productivity.
- Manage SDR reports and dashboards to ensure the results they deliver can be easily understood by stakeholders throughout the organization.
**What they require for their next Head of Sales Development**:
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment or SaaS experience is essential
- Minimum of 2 years of people management with proven success in leading a team
- Proven success in onboarding and hiring new team members
- Excellent ability to forecast and read data to strategize and set priorities
- Build trusting relationships with key stakeholders
- Follow up on existing customers to identify new potential needs
- Generate and manage sales pipeline by updating all activity in CRM
