Office Administrator

Mpeople Recruitment have a fantastic new opportunity for a proactive and dedicated Office Administrator to join a market-leading manufacturing business based in Middleton (M24). - Location: Middleton
- Salary: £22,000 - £25,000
- Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday, & 8.30am - 4.30pm Fridays

Please note a driving licence and your own vehicle is ESSENTIAL to be considered for this role due to some of the tasks required.
As the Office Administrator, your day-to-day duties would include:
- Overseeing the management of the reception area, including handling incoming and outgoing post, couriers, and visitors
- Controlling and procuring stationery, photocopiers, kitchen supplies, PPE & factory uniforms
- Ensuring meeting rooms and are clean and presentable for any arranged meetings
- Ensuring the kitchens are fully stocked and maintained, arranging repairs for any appliances when required
- Assisting the HR Director with arranging Health and Safety training with external providers
- Being a member of the H&S committee, taking minutes, and following up on actions when required
- Managing waste removals for the yard
- Performing general administration duties (printing, filing, etc.)
- Managing MOT/Servicing of company cars
- Assisting the Senior Administrator with booking travel and accommodation and performing
- Paying cheques and retrieving cash from the bank for petty cash or when required
- Performing some personal duties for the Directors (returns, some errands, etc.)
- Reconciling credit card expenses for Directors
- Assisting other departments in the office with ad hoc duties
The required traits, skills, and background to be considered for this Office Administrator role are:
- Office administration experience is desirable
- An in-date UK driving licence
- Experienced in working within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisation skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office programmes
- Excellent time management
