**This position is part-time 20-25 hours per week.**

We are a subsidiary of Henry Boot PLC and promote land through the planning system for predominantly residential and commercial schemes. **The Role**

The role is varied, with responsibilities such as providing administrative support, managing diaries, preparing reports, and maintaining company databases. You'll have the opportunity to use various programs like the MS Office suite, Land Registry, Land Insight, and Promap to create necessary correspondence, maps, and presentations.

Key tasks include arranging meetings, processing correspondence, maintaining up-to-date files, and managing our databases. You will also coordinate meeting room facilities, receive visitors, handle incoming calls, and distribute mail.

**About You**

This is an exciting and varied opportunity; no two days are the same. You need to be self-motivated, organised, and flexible to react to new situations. We are looking for someone who can maintain strict confidentiality, respond to information requests professionally, and ensure all office supplies are ordered and maintained. You will also be expected to work in partnership with all office service providers, our landlord, and suppliers.
