About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Land and Estates Director to join our team at ScottishPower, part of the Iberdrola Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our estates strategy within Renewables.

Job Description:

You will collaborate effectively across the organization, lead a team of professionals, and develop and execute estate's strategies across the Renewables lifecycle. This includes growing and protecting our operational property portfolio, ensuring compliance with professional standards in Real Estate, and managing complex land and property matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute estate's strategies across the Renewables lifecycle.
  • Collaborate effectively across the organization and lead a team of professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with professional standards in Real Estate and manage complex land and property matters.

Requirements:

  • Experience in working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership credentials managing a large team of Chartered Surveyors.
  • Understanding and compliance with relevant legislation including the Electricity Act 1989 and Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.
