If so we would like to hear from you, Mears New Homes are now looking to recruit a Customer Care Coordinator to work as part of a service driven dedicated Team.

**The Role**:
This is an exciting tome to join the Customer service Team. As a small team this role offers a great level variety. You will be based in Milton Keynes this role is part of a team within the Initial Accommodation Hub, the Customer Service Co-ordinator will provide support and high levels of Customer Service activities for our service users. This role will ensure all customers accessing our hub receive a warm, friendly and consistent service to support all aspects of their needs during the time they are supported in initial accommodation

**We are offering a Permanent Salary of up to £26,500 plus great benefits**

**What are we looking for?**:

- Ensure any customer or visitor to the office is created with a warm welcome and their needs understood and delivered. The role is a front facing one and representing the Mears values is a key focus for the role
- Deal with any day to day aspects of the running of the hub, including procurement of office supplies, manning the reception/answering the phone, dealing with contractors and other third parties
- Supporting and delivering key duties which form part of the initial accommodation process, these will include weekly cash ordering and dispersal, photocopying and scanning work documents and energy top ups
- Escalating any issues to management or welfare teams regarding the safeguarding or wellbeing of the service user
- Work with local community and third sector organisations to deliver support and services for the service users
- Keep all supplied company assets in a good condition in line with the company policies and report to your Manager where damages occur.
- Provide additional support to administration or the wider team if required
- Attend informal and formal meetings and training sessions as required **.
