**Shift patterns - **Set rota shifts between Monday and Thursday comprising of 2 days 9 am - 5 pm and 2 days 11 am - 7 pm. Friday 9 am - 5 pm. Occasional Saturdays 9 am - 1 pm.

**About the role**:
It’s not essential you have customer service experience, but your need to have the want and desire to learn in a constructive environment with full training and support at hand.

We pride ourselves on supporting our clients with excellent customer service. Working within a vibrant team, as a customer service advisor you will be required to help existing clients with their accounts through to a positive outcome while always ensuring a professional and efficient service:

- Taking care of an existing client base and dealing with the day-to-day enquiries in relation to their accounts
- Handling both complex and simple queries through to a positive outcome for our clients
- Getting involved with the process and customer journey enhancement
- Helping your team out wherever you can
- Learning about and working within tough financial regulations (great personal development)
- Helping your clients understand their finances and work towards better wellbeing

As a Customer Service Advisor here at Angel Advance, you will use your first-class customer service skills to deal with customers in a professional, efficient, and thorough manner.
