Part-time Customer Service Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Part-time** **Customer Service Assistant** (Friday & Saturday) **to join Animed Direct on a permanent basis. In this role, you will work as part of a team to ensure customer queries and orders are efficiently responded to and resolved.

Animed Direct was established in 2010 and sells animal medicines, pet food and accessories to customers across the UK, as well as managing distribution of a growing number of own-brand medicines to our circa 400 vet practices across the country.

**Some of your key duties include the following**:

- Liaising directly with customers by telephone, consistently providing customer service excellence
- Recording details or enquiries, comments and constructive feedback

**To be successful, you will need to be able to demonstrate**:

- Excellent communication skills across all channels including verbal & written Basic IT skills (including Excel for reporting) and the willingness to learn new skills and systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to effectively build rapport with customers
- Customer service experience

**Hours of work**: 16 hours a week, Friday & Saturday 8:00 - 5:00pm or 8:30am - 5:30pm.

**Location**:Combination of one day working from home and one day working in the office in Diss after completion of training. Training would need to be one full week from the Diss office from your start date. These days would be from Monday - Friday.
