Job Description: As a Property Portfolio Administrator, your role will be instrumental in managing our diverse property portfolio. Your responsibilities will encompass:
**Data Management**: Accurate and efficient data entry of essential property details into our online system.

**Tenant Support**: Engage with tenants, address inquiries, concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.

**Property Maintenance Coordination**: Collaborate with our maintenance team, ensuring swift resolution of maintenance requests.

**Portfolio Oversight**: Assist in day-to-day property portfolio operations, including tenancy agreements, rent collection, and inspections.
- **Prior Estate Agency Experience**: Previous experience in the estate agency industry is advantageous, showcasing your familiarity with property management processes.
- **Keen Attention to Detail**: Precise data entry is essential for maintaining our property records.
- **Effective Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills enable you to interact proficiently with tenants and colleagues.
- **Independence and Efficiency**: The ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- **Tech Proficiency**: Competency in computer systems and an openness to adapt to new technologies.
