**Contracted Hours**: Permanent, 37.5 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday - Flexible Working Hours)

**The Role**:
You will lead, support & develop a team of Occupational Health Technicians who operate on a UK wide basis, undertaking a range of services which includes the following:

- Health Surveillance (Audiometry, Spirometry, Vision Tests, Skin Inspections & HAVS)
- Pre-Employment Medicals, Assessments & Questionnaires.
- Immunisation, Vaccination & Phlebotomy Programmes.
- Health Promotion & Wellbeing Advice.

You will carry out daily auditing of the Occupational Health Technicians work and take regular calls from them seeking advice, guidance and general support. You will report directly to the Health Surveillance Clinical Manager, working closely together to ensure a first class clinical delivery and ensuring the team is very well supported and professional trained/developed.

**Requirements**:

- Registered Nurse qualification. (Must have valid NMC pin with no restrictions or conditions)
- Able to work as an independent & autonomous Health Surveillance Clinical Support.
- A good team player who possesses effective communication & relationship building skills.
- A pro-active & motivated person who endeavours all types of challenges.
- A valid Full UK driving licence. (Desired but not essential)

**Package Details**:

- Salary £38,000 - £42,000 per annum.
