**Job Title: Administrator (Maternity Cover)**

**Location: Utilities, Hamilton**

**The Role**

To provide administrative support to the managers and engineers and to administer their contracts through the lifecycle and in line with company processes and procedures on a maternity cover basis - Minimum 12 months cover.

To provide excellent customer service to customers by providing accurate and timely information. To assist employees and managers of the business as and when required.

**Responsibilities**
- Answering telephones, directing calls, and dealing with queries
- Raise, record and receipt of Purchase Orders
- Processing invoices onto the management system
- Typing of test reports
- General admin duties

**Who we want**

The successful applicant will possess:

- Experience of working in an office administration
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of both Microsoft Word and Excel High level of accuracy
- Flexibility with willingness and ability to adapt to all situations
- Ability to work within a close team environment
