If you have previous administrative experience within a fashion retail brand and you're looking for a new challenge to channel your inquisitive nature and natural flair for problem solving and continuous improvement, this could be the role for you.

We're looking for an experienced admin assistant to support our partnerships team, ensuring orders are raised and stock is delivered on time and acting as a brand ambassador to provide excellence in service to partnership customers and wholesale agents.

This is a full time, permanent position and to be invited to interview you must possess excellent relationship building and customer service skills, good organisation and prioritisation skills, and the mindset to seek solutions and drive improvements to systems and processes. You must have a good head for numbers with a GCSE grade 6 or above in Maths and be highly proficient in using Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis of data. Previous experience using a stock management system such as Zedonk would be advantageous.

This role will be located part of the week at our Studio head office in Kensington and partly at our store in Duke Street, Mayfair. The salary for this role is 26-28k depending on experience and our benefit package includes 33 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays) and a generous footwear allowance, 5% employer pension contribution, health care plan and employee assistance programme.
