We have an exciting opportunity for a project specialist to support the delivery of a major project that will replace our core EPOS/Till estate, providing new platform (Hardware and Software) to underpin our daily transactions at our places for our operational teams.

Ideally, you’ll have experience of managing large and complex projects that include multiple cross-departmental priorities, and you’ll be well committed to delivering real benefits for our people and our operational teams.

Please note this is a 12 month opportunity, This is a full time position 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday and may involve some travel as the project develops.

What it's like to work here:Reporting to a Project Manager, you’ll be part of a wider project team spread across the whole of the Trust.

People engagement will be at the heart of what you do, including engagement with all stakeholders, the Project Board, delivery partners, the project funders, and internal colleagues.

For this position we’re looking for someone who has:

- Experience of successfully coordinating large and complex projects including reporting, managing risk, and compliance
- Experience of national trust commercial operations
- Experience of monitoring and reporting on all aspects of the project cycle
- Experience of record management and information systems
- Excellent organisational and planning skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Problem solving and influencing skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders
