A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service in our Employee Resources team, to support and maintain staffing levels to ensure adequate fire cover in the West Yorkshire region.
As a key member of the Employee Resources Team the postholder will support stations to maintain staffing across the Fire and Rescue Service.
- You will have experience of organising staff rotas and implementing staffing and absence policies.
- You will possess a working knowledge of IT systems.
- You will be educated to Level 3, A level or equivalent standard.
- You will be able to work flexibly in relation to the needs of the post.
The post holder will be required to provide standby cover on a rota basis, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Applicants must have a reliable home internet connection to enable flexible working and home working when on call.
