**About The Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a People Specialist to join our Employee Relations team This role will be based at our fantastic head office in Bradford operating over a four day working week.
As a People Specialist - Employee Relations you will provide a quality and solutions focused ER service by providing specialist training interventions, delivering projects and developing policies that support the business.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- You will launch policies, handbooks and procedures through effective and time project management and consultation with the business and stakeholders
- Provide commercial solutions to business needs through project management and training intervention
- Provide coaching and support to HR Managers and operational teams by reducing the number of colleague disputes
- You'll design, develop and deliver deliver relevant and sustainable specialist employee relations training and operational materials to support all business areas
- Create and update corporate, simple and accessible employee relations policies, handbooks and procedures
This role operates over a 4.5 day working week. Boasting an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, prayer room, free parking and regular company-wide events and promotions. Ideally, applicants will live within a reasonable distance of our office.
