Job Title: Health and Wellbeing Specialist

Hovis is seeking an experienced Health and Wellbeing Specialist to join our team in Bradford. In this role, you will play a critical part in promoting a healthy work environment and supporting employees in their well-being journeys. As a specialist in health and wellbeing, you will develop and implement effective strategies to improve employee health and wellbeing outcomes.

About the Role:

Your key responsibilities will include developing and managing Health Surveillance programmes, collaborating with colleagues to create a positive workplace culture, and providing guidance on workplace health and safety. You will also support employees with health-related issues and provide proactive support to the business in all aspects of Occupational Health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive Health Surveillance programmes.
  • Build strong relationships with employees to understand their health and wellbeing needs.
  • Provide expert advice on workplace health and safety.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Nursing Qualification: Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) with ideally an Occupational Health Qualification (Certificate, Diploma or Degree level).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
